1. Submit the custom order form
Start the process by filling out a custom order form outlining the details of what you're looking for
We'll email you to discuss the specifics, estimated cost, and timeline for your custom piece
We'll work together on making up to 3 revisions until you're 100% happy
2. Secure your order with a deposit
Once you approve the cost, timeline, and design, a 50% deposit is required to get started
As the crafting process begins, we'll share photo updates to get your input on any changes or requests
We'll ensure that we're both 100% happy with the custom order
3. Final payment
We'll send the final photo for approval
If you don't have any changes or requests, we'll invoice you for the remaining balance
Your custom piece will ship once the remaining payment has been made
